FIELD: medicine, more specifically, abdominal surgery; may be used in intraoperative prophylaxis of wound complications with drainage through wound. SUBSTANCE: method includes laying of drain through laparotomic wound of abdominal cavity, suturing separately with interrupted sutures of parietal peritoneum and aponeurosis to drain. Applied to aponeurosis round drain is relaxation U-shaped suture with antibacterial filament whose ends are pricked out through skin puncture and knotted on spacer. After removal of drain from wound, suture knot is untied, both ends are tightened and knotted with knot which after cutting off the ends is submerged under skin. Introduced into residual canal is medicinal adhesive sulfacrylate. EFFECT: prevented recurrence of tissue diastasis. 1 dwg
