They create a circle around the hernial gates in the preperitoneal space for the endoprosthesis. Cut an endoprosthesis, corresponding to the size of a hernial defect with a margin of 5 cm. Apply four punctures on the skin with a diameter of 5 mm trocar. Endoprosthesis is reinforced with polypropylene filament, then four ligatures are applied to the polypropylene yarn. They place the polypropylene endoprosthesis in the pocket with the removal of both ends of each ligation from the preperitoneal space to the skin at puncture sites. After the ends of the ligatures are brought to the skin, the threads are fixed in a tightened state, alternately tying the strands with the fixation of the node on the aponeurosis, the strands are not removed.

EFFECT: method reduces local postoperative complications and relapses of ventral hernias.
