FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has intrauterine and two lateral catheters with ovoids and mechanism for connecting them. The connecting mechanism is mounted on transverse strip with clamps for fixing the lateral catheters, longitudinal strip with two longitudinal grooves for the lateral catheters guiding pins to travel in them when relative position of the lateral catheters changes with respect to the intrauterine one. Non-working sites of the lateral catheters have curved segment with radius corresponding to that of the working site of the intrauterine catheter to maintain appropriate conditions for irradiating organs with the same topology and to create identic dose distributions under various relative positions of the intrauterine and two lateral catheters. EFFECT: improved accuracy in delivering and controlling exposure doses; enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 dwg
