SUBSTANCE: method includes dissection of bursa, resection of osteocartilaginous exostoses, cutting out of autotransplant in the form of fascial-capsular triangle graft with base on foot great toe; additional inclusion in the first interior space; cutting off frame base of main phalanx of great toe of tendon muscle which deflects great toe; suturing of tendon with ligatures; conduction of ligatures transosseous through the head of the first metatarsal bone; tightening of graft to eliminate deviation of toe; conduction of ligatures through tensioned graft and toe fixing by tying the ligatures.
