FIELD: granulation. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of microgranules of regular spherical shape. According to proposed method of granulation of material in form of microspheres from solution or melt, initial solution or melt is dispersed into cryogenic liquid and/or its vapors which do not interact with solution of melt to form microdrop jets under action of main electromechanical vibrations at frequency from 50 to 1,000,000 Hz and simultaneous action of additional electromechanical vibrations of odd harmonic at frequency from 50 to 1,000,000 Hz. EFFECT: provision of granules of accurate definite diameter of practically ideal ball shape, reduced dusting owing to absence of fine satellites in granulate.
