FIELD: gas and oil producing industry; erection of pipe lines for transportation of technological fluids. SUBSTANCE: method consists in placing the plastic envelope in metal pipe at clearance and sealing up the circular space. Then pressure is smoothly raised inside plastic envelope at simultaneously throttling the pressure from circular space till plastic envelope gets in contact with metal pipe, after which circular space is evacuated.
