FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: drive has propulsion unit coupled with connecting rod, flexible tie in form of cable one end of which is coupled through polished rod cable suspension with sucker-rod string, and post with pulley. Drive is furnished with vacuum compressor connected through system of check valves with string borehole annulus; other end of flexible tie is connected directly with connecting rod. Length of arm of connecting rod from point of connection to rocking axle is set proportionally to oil well capacity. EFFECT: provision of drive for group of oil well pumps operating uniformly. 1 dwg
