FIELD: manufacture of multilayer composite material, preferably of material with cross orientation of reinforcing fibers. SUBSTANCE: fibers positioned in parallel are coated with matrix substance and passed through doubling zone along with preliminarily formed nonflowing compositions of fibers positioned in parallel or with crossing systems of fibers positioned in parallel. Orientation of fibers in layers being coupled is at least of two directions. Method provides for use of molding device for manufacturing of both preliminarily formed nonflowing compositions reinforced by fibers positioned in parallel and final material. EFFECT: production of simple cheap material and printed-circuit board. 22 cl, 1 dwg
