FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a composition and a method of making articles based on it from a polymer composite material reinforced with mineral fibres, a plate made using this method, and a device for making said composition. Composition for producing mineral fibre-reinforced polymer composite material (PCM) includes phenol-formaldehyde binder consisting of phenol-formaldehyde resin, a solvent and a curing accelerator, and a filler based on mineral fibres, wherein the phenol-formaldehyde binder further comprises an anti-adhesion additive, filler is a volumetric structure of fibrous material containing layers of discrete in length and fragmented in thickness of mineral fibres obtained by combing and/or needling of said layers. In phenol-formaldehyde binder, liquid bakelite is used as phenol-formaldehyde resin, solvent is ethyl or preferably isopropyl alcohol, curing accelerator is urotropin, and anti-adhesion additive is oleic acid.

EFFECT: preventing the composition from sticking to working surfaces of both cold and hot forming plates of the press, and other elements of the conveyor line.
