FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: thin adhesive non- flowing film consists of incompatible expanding in situ thermoplastic particles and matrix thermopreactive resin. The claimed film has uniform density and thickness throughout entire length. Being in non-flowing stage, expanding in situ compound accommodates readily within mold and then expands to mold sizes. The present invention describes composite materials, and reinforced composite materials using said film as well as methods of molding thereof. Reinforcing material includes foil, film, or the like. Process for manufacturing molded products comprises placing the film of predetermined shape into mold, heating the stacked material to obtain hardened syntactical foam. EFFECT: improved properties of the adhesive film. 37 cl, 9 dwg
