FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for drying dispersed materials, including aluminium fluoride. Said device comprises revolving drum with shell located internally and having loading and unloading chambers. Said device is provided with rows of zigzag members made in the form of plates installed perpendicularly to drum surface and forming passages for moving the material to be dried. Zigzag members in rows are made with clearances to form individual sections having 0.05-0.2 of shell length. Clearances in neighboring rows of zigzag members are displaced relative to each other. Present invention makes it possible to intensify dehydration process and improve furnace efficiency. EFFECT: improved design of the device. 2 dwg
