FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: fungus is cultured in an aqueous tea extract with 10% food sugar followed by separation of the end product. Extract is prepared by extraction of 1% tea with water at boiling point for 30 min with addition of food sugar. Then water is cooled to 28-30 C and sown with 10% cultural fluid of fungus microbial association. Culturing is carried out for 3-4 weeks at above indicated temperature. Method of the use of stimulating agent for microorganism growth involves its addition to nutrient medium for the corresponding microorganism. For growth and multiplication of pathogens of listerellosis, salmonellosis, erysipelas and actinobacillosis stimulating agent is added at the doses 1.5-2%, 2-3%, 4-5% and 3-4%, respectively. Method exhibits universality, provides high accumulation of total microorganism mass and living microbe cells and high yield of living microbes after effect of different factors at lyophilic drying.
