FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out of aberrometry and additional determination of lysozyme in tear fluid. Keratoconus is diagnosed at lysozyme activity value above 21.3 mcg/l. Method ensures to diagnose keratoconus at early stage of its manifestation. Subjective evaluation of aberrometry data is supplemented by objective results of laboratory analysis. EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis. 3 tbl, 2 dwg
