FLOW LINE FOR DISASSEMBLING RAILWAY SKELETONS Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: railway transport; repair of permanent way. SUBSTANCE: flow line has direct and return flows arranged in parallel with satellites trucks arranged on their guides, transfer sets at ends of flows, working positions with processing equipment, and satellites-trucks longitudinal displacement mechanisms. Direct flow is furnished with guides for satellite-truck at one of external sides of rectangular circuit of truck closed displacement route and is provided also with guides for device placing the links of skeleton onto satellite-truck. Device for removing rails from satellite-truck is mounted at opposite side over transfer set. Device for removing spring anticreepers, rail accumulator and rail packing device are mounted at outer side of satellite-truck displacement route. EFFECT: provision of steady pace operation of flow line equipment owing to simultaneous and independent carrying out of sequential technological operations. 4 cl, 8 dwg
