FIELD: railway track repair and maintenance machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has power cylinder with pressing-off shoe on its rod. Also provided are spring-biased double-arm pressing-off levers installed at external side relative to track gauge of link. One of arms of each lever is provided with pressing-off pad. Device incorporates gantry-type frame which embraces link of rail-and-sleeper assembly delivered for dismantling. Installed on gantry frame are rail supporting rollers. Power cylinder is arranged on axis of gantry frame symmetry. Pressing-off levers are installed on side posts of gantry frame. Pressing-off pad is made in the form of cross-member. Second arms of each pressing-off lever are connected with cross-member by means of two flexible ties. Each tie is adjustable in length. Aforesaid embodiment of device enhances its operating reliability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
