FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for mechanization of operations and it can be used in assembling, disassembling and repair of track sections at production bases of track machine stations. Proposed flow line for assembling of track sections contains transport system in form of circuit vertically closed by re-loading devices with trolleys-pallets moving along drive rollers. Length of trolleys-pallets is adjustable owing to butt joining of trolleys at length of single trolley-pallets considerably less than length of assembled section. Stationary and movable sets of processing equipment are arranged along transport system. Stationary mounted sets are arranged at distance from each other not less than two lengths of trolleys-pallets, and sets for handling small-size elements of section under assembling are located on travel positions of single trolleys-pallets. Sets for handling long-length elements of section under assembling are arranged on travel positions of joined trolleys-pallets.
EFFECT: increased capacity of flow line, provision of rhythmic operation of processing equipment owing to possibility of carrying out series technological operation simultaneously and independently at reduction of total length of line.
