SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of radicular cysts of the frontal group of teeth of the upper and lower jaws. An incision of the mucous membrane is carried out in the projection of the cyst, cystectomy, resection of the root apex, filling of the bone cavity with autoplasma enriched with platelets, followed by suturing the wound. In this case, the incision of the mucous membrane is performed in a U-shape. After removal of visible pathologically altered cyst tissues, a previously prepared mixture of 37% phosphoric acid and doxycycline, taken in a ratio of 1:2, respectively, is introduced into the cyst cavity until it is completely filled, and kept for 15-20 s. After that, the mixture is removed, the cavity is washed with 0.9% saline, and necrotically altered cyst tissues are removed. If necessary, the mixture is re-introduced into the cyst cavity.

EFFECT: method ensures preservation of the dentition in an aesthetically important area, restoration of bone tissue in the area of the defect, which subsequently eliminates the need for bone grafting of the alveolar process and implantation, and also reduces the risk of postoperative complications.
