Delete a shell of the cyst and epithelium from roots of "abscessed" teeth with further continuous tight dental stopping a root canal. And before final dental stopping of root canals of these teeth the membrane "Tahoe-Comb" is preliminary entered in the cyst cavity, then is tightly closed root apexes by membrane "Parodontocol". Than carry out the additional antiseptic preparation of canals, their repeated drying with subsequent tight continuous dental stopping of teeth canals, entering in the cyst cavity.

EFFECT: method allows to increase effectiveness of treatment of radicular cysts due to providing optimal conditions (dryness) for pressure-tight dental stopping of channels of "abscessed" teeth, to eliminate postoperative complications and recurrence of a cyst.
