FIELD: organic chemistry, biopolymers. SUBSTANCE: product: oligodeoxyribonuleotides of the formula Y′-X′-ORO-X-Y where R - residue of oligodeoxyribonucleotide having 8-30 links; X′,,X - formula (I) , (II) or H; n = 2-12; Y′, Y - formula (III) and (IV) being X and X′ can not be H simultaneously; and if X(X′)H then Y(Y′) is absent. Reagent 1: 5′-dimethoxytrityl-2′-deoxynucleoside-3′-o-beta-cyanoethyl- -N, N-diisopropylamidophosphate. Reagent 2: dimethoxytrityl derivative of O-beta-cyanoethyl-N, N-diisopropylamidophosphite aliphatic glycols HO(CH2)n. Reagent 3: 1,2-dideoxy-D-ribofuranose. Conditions: step-by-step condensations in the presence of activating compounds - 1-ethyl-3-(3′-dimethylammoniumpropyl)-carbodiimide or 1-hydroxybenzotriazole. Synthesized biopolymers are used as probes in molecular biology studies, in part, structural-functional investigations of proteins and nucleic acids, nucleic acid hybridization.
