SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a phosphoramide azole oligonucleotide used as a primer during matrix enzymatic DNA synthesis; to a method for synthesis thereof; as well as to a method for matrix enzymatic synthesis of DNA using said phosphoramide azole oligonucleotide as a primer. Disclosed phosphoramide azole oligonucleotide has length of 2–23 nucleotides, contains at least one phosphoramide benzoazole group, in which an amido-benzoazole residue is introduced at the phosphorus atom, and corresponds to the formula

where B is a nitrogenous base, R1 and R2 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, or a fluorescent label, or a nucleotide residue, or an oligonucleotide residue, or a nucleotide residue containing said phosphoramide benzoazole group, or an oligonucleotide residue containing said phosphoramide benzoazole group; R3 is absent or is -H or -C1-10-alkyl; R4 is absent or is -C1-10-alkyl; R5 and R6 each independently represents -H or -OCH3; X is -N-, -O- or -S-; Z is -H.
