FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this is used in repair and restoring operations on emergency pile foundations of supports for electric power lines when pile foundations are damaged in result of soil heaving caused by frost. According to method, pile foundations are sunken into ground base down to their initial position existed before soil heaving. This operation of sinking foundation components is performed by applying forces which are created by connecting foundation with power facility. This power facility is connected with other foundation components, thus creating temporary anchoring setup. Used in function of power facility are jacks, levers or turnbuckles which are connected by flexible links with foundation components. Created forces are preset for required direction of action to be brought on sinking component of foundation by means of deflecting pulleys installed on foundation. Reeved through pulleys are flexible links which connect sinking and anchoring components of foundation. Application of aforesaid method simplifies technology, reduces labour-intensity and cost of restoring operations, and also improves reliability and prolongs service life of restored pile foundations. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl
