SUBSTANCE: device has measuring unit D, which is used for generation of information about position as function of position of given terminal with respect to each of three nearest satellites (S1, S2, S3) which synchronization signals are received by terminal. In addition device has decision making unit which detects duration of estimated radio connection sighting for each satellite using said information about position. In addition device has choosing unit which chooses one satellite (S2) which provides longest duration of estimated radio connection sighting. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 11 cl, 7 dwg
