SUBSTANCE: the device provides synchronization of signal intermediate level such as transport level or packing level in condition of time sharing of multilevel packed video signal, having a device (13,23,25) on coding side for actuation of adaptation of the time mark, such as quantity of pulses of modulus K and representation for the mark of time difference, which may be corrected for the time of passage of the respective circuits (for instance, multiplexing ones) as the signal passes through these circuits. On the system receiving side counter (27) responds to the signal of controlled receiving synchronizer, and the quantity of pulses in this counter is picked up after arrival of time marks introduced to transport level. The time marks and time difference marks are derived from the signal and get combined with the aim of formation of a corrected time mark. The difference in successively derived values of quantity of pulses at the receiver counter are compared with the differences between the respective successive corrected time marks so as to produce a signal controlling the receiver synchronizing signal.
