FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved technology of preparing benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt for injection. An aqueous-organic concentrate of benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt is subjected for sterilizing filtration. Definite volume of an organic solvent is added to an aqueous-organic concentrate of benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt in order to decrease water content in total volume of a mixture of an aqueous-organic concentrate and an organic solvent to minimal value (2-3%). The claimed method exhibits the following features: 1. The parent aqueous-organic concentrate of benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt has from 10% to 30% water and from 40% to 60% benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt. 2. Volume of an organic solvent used for crystallization is from 10 to 15 volumes of the parent volume of aqueous-organic concentrate. 3. After mixing an aqueous-organic concentrate of benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt with 10-15 volumes of a solvent a suspension of benzylpenicillin K(Na) salt containing from 2% to 3% water is formed. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, increased yield and improved quality of the end product, simplified technological process. 3 cl, 3 ex
