FIELD: hydraulic engineering technology. SUBSTANCE: this relates to devices and mechanisms intended for use in utilization of underground water and in water intake structures including withdrawing of artesian water and delivering it to trunk pipelines of municipal water supply systems. Device has electrically-driven pump, delivery pipeline and hydraulic sealing unit which is made up of body and inflatable chamber. Also provided in device setup are external bellows, internal bellows both coaxially installed on delivery pipeline, and settler which is made in the form of sleeve which is narrowing downwards. Made in upper flange of sleeve are several through-holes. Body of hydraulic sealing unit is provided with upper stationary flange and lower movable flange. Inflatable chamber has nipple and is positioned between flanges of body. Upper rims of bellows are installed on movable flange of body. Lower rims of bellows are mounted on upper flange of settler. Delivery pipeline is provided with branching pipes for directing water to settler space. Aforesaid device allows for complete exclusion of fouling of inflatable chamber, thus prolonging device operating periods without carrying out preventing maintenance of hydraulic sealing unit.
