FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: capillary-type drainage channel is formed in deep layers of sclera, its walls being own sclera and a fragment of amniotic membrane. Intraocular fluid is drained into intrascleral ways. Postoperative complications are eliminated because of using natural material with unique properties, including antiinflammatory, immunosuppressive, antianginoidal, and trophic effects. EFFECT: improved treatment efficiency.
