FIELD: casting of large-sized monocrystalline blades of gas-turbine plants of various assignment. SUBSTANCE: model and shell mould are prepared, 20-30% of melt is poured into shell mould through sprue cup. Further pouring of melt is performed simultaneously with directed crystallization by lowering of shell mould with melt from heating zone into cooling one. In this case model of pouring sprue is positioned during production of casting model on one of its sides and is linked to casting space by jumpers arranged over entire height at angle from 20 to 160 deg to vertical axis of pouring sprue with cross-section of 1.0-3.0 mm. Pouring is carried out through immobile sprue cup telescopically coupled to pouring sprue. Model of cage for members of suspensions with flanges on butts is also placed along perimeter of casting.
