FIELD: metallurgy; casting of large-sized single-crystal blades of gas turbine plants of various applications. SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of shell mold up to preset temperature, melting and pouring of high-temperature alloy and directional crystallization of blade. Process of directional crystallization is started after pouring of 20-30% of melt of high-temperature alloy into mold with seed, and further filling of mold with melt is carried out concurrently with directional crystallization. Zones of heating and cooling are separated by extensible screen which is moved with change of blade geometric profile. Shell mold is located in special suspension which consists of system of vertical links and horizontal supporting beams. Batched pouring with simultaneous process of directional crystallization and special extension screen is used during process and results in quality castings of large-sized blades (H > 300 mm) with single crystal structure.
