FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: ceramic mold may be used for production of large-sized, mainly, nozzle monocrystalline blades of stationary gas-turbine plants. Mold has seeding cavity for arrangement of monocrystalline seed and cavities of jumpers of blade feather. Starting cavity consists of four parts. The first part is made in the form of rectangular plate turning into triangular one. It is positioned between rib of lower flange of blade at its input edge and seeding cavity. The second and third parts are made as triangular-form plates positioned under lower flange. The fourth part of starting cavity is made as a plate. It has hollows for extension of feather jumpers made as triangular plates. Starting cavity configuration and crystal duct configuration envelop all critical points of blade and provide for neucleation and intergrowth in them of monocrystalline structure of preset crystallographic orientation. Invention makes it possible to obtain blades of required level of properties and to enhance output suitable according to microstructure by 50-70%. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
