FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: lock has cylinder installed in its body with hole for key. Key body is provided with coding protrusions. Cylinder can be turned inside body. Also provided are strip-like detents with slots for coding protrusions of key. Formed inside cylinder is hollow with disks arranged over edges of cylinder. Located in hollow are strip-like detents. Made in internal surface of body at both sides of strip-like detents are cut-outs. Strip-like detents can enter one of cut-outs through distance B which is determined by code of given strip-like detent. Cut-outs in strip-like detents are displaced relative to their middle through value of B/2. Located between strip-like detents are thrust strips which are stationary relative to cylinder. Thrust strips have cut-outs according to coding protrusions of key. Key body is made in the form of round stem and can be idly turned relative to stationary cylinder with their possible further combined turning. Coding protrusions of key are made in one plane and are of thickness which is less than width of cut-outs in strip-like detents. Lock design affords high secrecy.
