FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: the lock cylinder mechanism has a body, cylinder, movable rings, first cylinder catches and second cylinder catches; the cylinder is placed in the body for its turning round the axis and prevention of its free movement along the axis, the movable rings are placed around the cylinder, the first cylinder catches are positioned between the body and cylinder for prevention of turning of the cylinder and movable rings by a master key by resting the master key against them, the second cylinder catches are positioned between the body and cylinder for turning the cylinder simultaneously with the movable rings, and for braking the cylinder at a trial of its turning by successive resting of the cylinder against its second catches, and of the second catches against the body; the force pushing the second catches against the body is directed in the turning of the cylinder with a delay through a certain angle from its radial force component.
