SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of living bifidobacterium Bifidum bifidum, strain 791, or Bifidum adolescentis MC-42 concentrate to beer before its pouring up to initial concentration of bifidobacteria (2-6) x 105 CFU/ml beer followed by thorough stirring. These concentrates of bifidobacteria are grown on corn-lactose medium without the following filtration or on milk medium and the following beer filtration before its pouring. EFFECT: improved method of malt beverage preparing.
