FIELD: pulse engineering; electronic ignition systems of internal- combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: switch has transistor, feedback transformer whose primary winding is connected into transistor output circuit and secondary one is inserted between transistor base and emitter, as well as single- ended switching member whose gate electrode is connected to load-current monitoring circuit of transistor; novelty is that feedback transformer is provided with third winding inserted in output circuit of single-ended switching member and that load-current monitoring circuit of transistor has resistor connected in series with transformer primary winding.
