FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: following characteristics of basic organ (hand fingers muscle flexor) critical relative to effect of local vibration imparted to hands are determined as associated factors speeding up development of vibration disease instead of labor conditions depending on many factors: actual static force applied to vibrating surface and specified maximal static force; actual and specified maximal productive force in contact with vibrating surface; specified value of joint impact of all characteristics of cooling microclimate factor on human organism is found instead of separate characteristics of associated factor speeding up vibration disease (cooling microclimate); mathematical operations are made with characteristics of vibration loads and of those of each associated factor speeding up development of vibration disease which yields respective hygienic estimates of 0.91 and 0.1; if total hygienic estimate of vibration load and associated factors speeding up development of vibration disease is equal to or lower than unity, it means that there is no combination of detrimental effects of local vibration and associated factors; if result is higher than unity, local vibration combined with associated factors produces harmful impact.
