METHOD FOR DETECTING THE VALUE OF HUMAN WORKING SKELETAL MUSCULAR MASS Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC A61B5/22

Abstract RU 2311127 C2

FIELD: medicine of labor.

SUBSTANCE: in a worker it is necessary to detect maximal arbitrary power of fingers' flexors before work and the value of single static muscular efforts with wrists during work; determine the tiresomeness of factual dynamic muscular loadings against static muscular loadings (X), moreover X = 3.18; 2.38; 1.75 and 1.32 at achieving single static muscular efforts with wrists, correspondingly, up to 20, -40, -60 and -80% against pre-working level of maximal arbitrary power of fingers' flexors; detect the value of skeletal muscular mass (A) in a worker due to obtaining the product of skeletal muscles portion by its body weight, moreover, the portion of skeletal muscles equals to 0.42 for males and 0.36 for females; detect the portions of skeletal muscles of working manual segments B and other parts of body (C), moreover, B for wrists and fingers corresponds to 0.03, forearms, wrists and fingers - 0.05 and hands as a whole - 0.15; estimate total values of acceleration at movements of hands (Nh), legs (Nl), body (Nb) and as a whole against the mentioned body links (N); detect average for both hands duration of static muscular efforts (T) fulfilled with wrists; detect the value of X and T product (X·T), the sum of Nh number and X·T number (Nh+X·T), the sum of Nb number and Nl number (Nb+Nl) and the sum of N number and X·T number (N+X·T); detect the value of the product of the numbers B and (Nh+X·T)[B·(Nh+X·T)], and, also, C and (Nb+Nl) [C·(Nb+Nl)] and find the number D that corresponds to the product of A number by the sum of the numbers [B·(Nh+X·T)] and [C·(Nb+Nl)], {A·[B·(Nh+X·T)+C·(Nb+Nl)]}, the value of human working skeletal muscular mass should be estimated as the quotient after dividing the number D by the number N+X·T. The innovation enables to increase the accuracy of detecting the value of human working skeletal muscular mass.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection.
