FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and labour protection. Ergometric and physiological examination is carried out and intensity of general energy spending of organism (IGEO) in worker is determined by adding intensity of energy spending on main exchange to product of energy cost of FCC per 1 beat/min with respect to rest level per FCC increment. Energy cost of FCC per 1 beat/min with respect to rest level constitutes 1.72 W/m2 for men and 1.43 W/m2 for women. Further labour intensity is determined by intensity of nervous-emotional energy spending (INEE), subtracting intensity of general muscular energy spending (IGME), measured by breath volume, from IGEO value. Then obtained INEE value is compared with permissible INEE at real value of working skeletal muscular mass. Then prophylactic IFME at intensive labour is determined, for which purpose value of permissible INEE is subtracted from IFEO value, and IGM value is subtracted from obtained difference. Grounded prophylactic muscular energy spending (GPME) is determined as product of prophylactic IGME value on duration of working nervous-emotional overstrain. Determined is safe for worker's health recommended maximal intensity GPME in process of intra-shift active rest, at which duration of said rest compatible with generally accepted physiological practice of spending regulated 5-15 minute breaks, can be ensured. After which exact duration of intra-shift active rest is calculated by division of GPME value by recommended maximal GPME intensity.
EFFECT: can be applied for evaluation of labour conditions.
