Reinforcing article has rods of net or framework of variable design and also has additional reinforcement which is made as discrete in the form of row of reinforcing members located in plane of existing reinforcing net or framework and which are fastened with pretension. Application of aforesaid reinforcing article allows for strengthening of annealed reinforcement.
