FIELD: communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: system uses group of N carrier frequencies many times in most adjacent subscribers communication centers for more than N frequency-hopping communication channels with minimal mutual correlation. Two groups of mentioned channels are determined as follows: first group for first of mentioned communication centers where there are no two of mentioned channels using same of mentioned carrier frequencies at a time and second group of mentioned communication centers where there are no two of mentioned channels of second group using same of N mentioned carrier frequencies at a time. EFFECT: enlarged number of frequency-hopping channels with minimal mutual correlation. 19 cl, 9 dwg
