SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of taxane-III of the formula (I) where R1= is H; R14= is H, C2-C9-alkanoyl nonsubstituted with halogen atom, or R1 and R14 taken together are carbonyl or lower alkylidene; R7= R10 is H, tri(lower alkyl)silyl or free C2-C9-alkalnoyl or that mono-, di- or tri-substituted with halogen atom; R13 is H, group -COCHOHCH-(C6H5)--NHCO-C6H5 or -COCHOHCH-(C6H5)--NHCOOC-(CH3)3; Ac is acetyl. These compounds show antitumor activity. Invention relates to also methods of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) where R1= R7= R10= R13= R14 - H from plant Taxus Walliehiana above ground parts and methods of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) with different values of radicals R1, R7, R10, R13 and R14, and pharmaceutical composition based on taxane derivatives of the formula (I). EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
