Device 3 carries supports in which first hollow shaft with immovable geometrical axis is mounted for rotation. Second hollow shaft 12 with optical units 1, 2 secured rigidly on it is positioned on first hollow shaft in coaxial supports for rotation relative to orthogonal axis of first hollow shaft. Mirror is installed at intersection point of guidance axes on support secured as cantilever inside body of first hollow shaft.
