FIELD: telescopes with altitude-azimuthal mounting. SUBSTANCE: given optical device has base, fork mounted for turn about vertical axis, cross-rail with optical unit mounted for turn about horizontal axis, units and drives for rotation relative to vertical and horizontal axes, aid adjusting verticality of rotation axis, reflecting elements and optical equipment. Reflecting elements form two optical waveguides with common initial section which axis is matched with vertical rotation axis. Axis of section next to last of each optical waveguide is matched with horizontal rotation axis. Common initial section is passed through rotation units of fork. Section next to last of each optical waveguide is passed through proper rotation unit of cross-rail. Rotation drives have snap-action motors. Rotation units of cross-rail are manufactured in the form of tubular half-axles entering bearings on supports of fork, one them being releasably connected to rotor of snap-action motor whose stator is joined to support of fork. Cross-rail is mounted for adjustment of its position with regard to horizontal rotation axis. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of aiming and widened functional capabilities of optical device. 5 cl, 6 dwg
