FIELD: methods of producing cellulose-containing grain extract. SUBSTANCE: method involves milling of grain material, its suspending in aqueous liquid, treating of prepared suspension with alkali and separating of hard substances. Produced hard substances are treated with hydrogen peroxide at pH=12-13, and pH meaning is reduced up to 5-7, and hard substances are washed.
