FIELD: phytopharmacy. SUBSTANCE: isoflavone conjugates of plant material are converted to isoflavone glycosides by treatment of plant material at temperature and pH and for time that are sufficient for this conversion realization. Isoflavone glycosides are converted to isoflavone aglycons by enzymatic reaction. Plant material is extracted with aqueous extractant at pH above isoelectric point of protein in order to extract protein and isoflavones either before or after conversion of isoflavone conjugates to isoflavone glycosides or conversion of isoflavone glycosides to isoflavone aglycons. Protein material enriched with isoflavone aglycons is prepared by precipitation of protein and isoflavone aglycons from extract. Material with high content of genistein or material with high content of daidzein can be prepared from protein extract enriched with isoflavone aglycons or from protein material enriched with isoflavone aglycons by isolation of material with high content of genistein or extract or protein material.
