FIELD: guarding systems which prevent unauthorized access to protected premises. SUBSTANCE: device has modems, information processing unit, switching unit. First modem is connected to public transmission line. Second modem is equipped with information processing and displaying unit. Each protected premise has unit of detectors, alarm unit, video monitoring unit, unit of actuating devices. Unit of detectors is connected to alarm unit, which output is connected to unit of actuating devices and switching unit, which is connected to first modem and units for video information matching, which outputs are connected to corresponding displaying units and inputs are connected to corresponding video monitoring units.
