FIELD: manufacture of refractory products. SUBSTANCE: production line has, installed above conveyer: hoppers for periclase clinker of various fractions, hopper for powdery phenol binder; hoppers are provided with screw feeder; hopper of liquid binder; automatic batch weighers installed on each hopper, and mixer. Hopper is made in the form of receiving section provided with hermetically closed cover with container-catching device, device for container opening including mechanism for cutting and mechanism for shaking the soft containers; intermediate section provided with screens for collection of chemically lumped fragments of powdery phenol binder and trough for their removal, and accumulating section. Vessel of batch weigher for liquid binder has receiving device located inside the vessel and made in the form of vertical tube plugged inside vessel and having longitudinal slots uniformly spaced over circumference and connected with pneumatic system and by means of flexible member with hydraulic distribution valves. EFFECT: simple design and higher efficiency of production line, increased quality of prepared refractory mixture, and reduced effluents of harmful substances to environment. 1 dwg
