FIELD: methods of heat insulation of injection wells; may be used in production of high-viscosity oil with application of heat treatment of formation. SUBSTANCE: method includes after running in cased well of tubing with packer installation of separating pipe between tubing and casing. Separating pipe has inlet and outlet fittings on wellhead. After supply of heat carrier to tubing, heat insulating agent is pumped through circular channels formed by separating pipe. Heat-insulating agent may be used in the form of inert or associated gases, mud, oil, etc. EFFECT: provision of regulation of temperature in zone of heat insulation by varying volume or rate of pumping of insulating agent and prompt intervention into process in case of occurrence of emergency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
