FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: method involves passing beam through magnetic field of solenoid 12, 13 in order to generate rotating beam, which is subjected to electric field along magnetic axis of solenoid. Frequency of electric field is equal to frequency of rotation of beam in magnetic field of solenoid. This results in generation of bunch of particles in beam. Group of particles in range of pulsing bunch behaves as beam of particles with temporary coherence. Corresponding device has magnetic solenoid 12, 13 which is oriented in direction of beam movement, deflector 11 at input to solenoid in order to achieve beam rotation in solenoid, and unit for generation of alternating electric current in resonant chamber, which frequency is equal to frequency of rotation of beam of particles. EFFECT: possibility to generate coherent beam from non-coherent one with greater relativistic power. 5 cl, 2 dwg
