SUBSTANCE: spectroscopic apparatus 10 comprises a Laplace transformation-based filter 11 which performs Laplace transformation on spectral intensity of incident radiation, a recording element 15, which records transmitted spectral intensity of incident radiation, and an arithmetic device 17, which performs inverse Laplace transformation on the recorded transmitted spectral intensity of incident radiation and that way calculates spectral intensity of incident radiation from filter 11.
EFFECT: coverage of a wide measurement range with high reading speed and energy levels without limit on the number of electromagnetic waves or particle beams to undergo measurement, high spectroscopic capability of the device.
