FIELD: laser engineering. SUBSTANCE: in the course of lasing gamma rays, electron and positron beams are converged in same direction and form positronium or para- positronium molecules on convergence axis in the form of beam of same phase cooled down to transient Bose-Einstein condensation temperature with the result that gamma-rays of two wavelengths accompanying annihilation of molecules due to self-induced radiation are produced simultaneously. Gamma radiation lasing device has facility for converging electron and positron beams in same direction and focusing element at point of convergence of electrons and positrons.
