FIELD: laser equipment. SUBSTANCE: method for production involves balancing electron beam power and generation of beam pulses by means of grouping in order to produce coherent electron beam, projection of laser beam in direction which is opposite to spreading of coherent electron beam in order to induce coherent Compton dissipation of laser beam. Simultaneously method involves correction of rotation of electron beam phase by means of solenoid magnetic field. Another claim of invention describes method in which coherent electron beam is produced by means of cyclotron laser cooling in which high- frequency electromagnetic field is applied to electron beam inside generation range of solenoid magnetic field along electron beam in electron accumulation ring.
